Robin Vail
Robin Vail studied tap with Jim Taylor, Jamie Pisano, Tony Coppola and others in Los Angeles & since 1995 has studied with Gene Medler. She received her training in jazz, tap and ballet in the San Francisco bay area. She holds an undergraduate degree in Theatre Arts from UCLA and a minor in Music. Robin is the North Carolina Representative for the International Tap Association and Founder and former Co-Artistic Director of Footnotes Tap Ensemble. Robin became a partner in 2010 and in addition to her teaching responsibilities, Robin is the Ballet School’s Administrator.
