Camp and Workshop Registration Form

“IMAGINATION STATION” 
Week long camps for 3-6 year olds, June 14 - August 6
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am-12:00 noon 
$150/week ($75.00 deposit for each week)*
“Lunch Bunch” option, 12:00 noon-12:45 pm, $25/week (Parent provides bag lunch.)

Killian Manning leads a staff of Ballet School teachers and counselors in introducing campers to a variety of arts activities including dance, storytelling, music, and arts and crafts. Time is reserved each morning for outside play and for rest time with juice and crackers. Different themes are explored each week, providing fresh material for returning campers. Maximum enrollment for each week is 20. (Student/teacher ratio is 7 to 1 max.)

“IT'S SHOWTIME!” A Musical Theater Camp for Ages 7-11
June 14 - 25, 9:00 am-1:00 pm, $400 ($200 deposit)*

Director Gene Medler will guide the young performers in creating an original musical. Campers will dance, sing and act each day. On the final Friday, the resulting musical will be presented in the Ballet School theater. Family and friends are invited to attend the show.  For the daily rehearsals, children should wear comfortable clothing and bring a snack.

BALLET INTENSIVES 
with Ballet School Faculty and Special Guests

Summer Ballet Preparation June 14 - 18, 10:00 am - 12 noon
Completion of Ballet 5 or above required. $100 ($50.00 deposit)*

Pre-Pointe Workshop July 12 - 23, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Completion of Ballet 2 or above required.  $480 ($240 deposit)*
Week 1 $240 ($120 deposit)* or Week 2 $240 ($120 deposit)*
Dancers will receive a daily ballet technique class in addition to being exposed to modern, jazz, character, and other related topics such as ballet history, terminology, stage make-up, and injury prevention.

Intermediate Ballet Workshop August 2 - 13, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm 
Completion of Ballet 4 or above required. $480 ($240 deposit)*
Dancers will receive a daily ballet technique class in addition to being exposed to modern, jazz, character, and other related topics such as ballet history, terminology, stage make-up, and injury prevention.

Fall Ballet Warm-Up August 16 - 20, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon 
Completion of Ballet 5 or above required.  $100 ($50.00 deposit)*


RHYTHM TAP and JAZZ INTENSIVES

Intermediate Jazz Intensive July 26 - 30, 9:30 am-12:30 pm
Completion of Jazz 3 or above required. $180 ($90 deposit)*

Advanced Jazz Intensive August 2 - 6, 9:30 am-12:30 pm
Completion of Jazz 6 or above required. $180 ($90 deposit)*

Intermediate Tap Intensive July 26 - 30, 9:00 am-1:00 pm with Gene Medler
Completion of Tap 3-6 required. $240 ($120 deposit)*

Advanced Tap Intensive August 9 - 13, 9:00 am-1:00 pm with Gene Medler
Completion of Tap 7 or above required. $240 ($120 deposit)*

*A deposit is required upon registration for any camp or workshop with the tuition balance payable on the first day of each session. Deposits are refundable until two weeks before the start of each camp. There are no refunds for absences. Camps or workshops with fewer than 8 children registered may be cancelled with a full refund of all deposits.
